Clash of the Titans and Taun-Tauns
One of my favorite movies as a child was Clash of the Titans. I remember the year it came out, I got the Clash of the Titans board game as a door prize at a Christmas party. What a happy, happy day. When I would play the game with my grandma, she would always pronounce the "w" in the word "sword" when she drew the Sword card. I kept telling her that the "w" was silent, but she said, "I see it right there on the card."
My favorite piece of movie paraphernalia, however, was my trusty Taun-Taun from The Empire Strikes Back. I had the regular one, not the split-bellied fellow in which you could stuff your Luke action figure. What was your favorite piece of movie junk as a child?

My favorite piece of movie tie-in merchandise was the Corgi James Bond Aston Martin DB5. Totally cool features, particularly the ejection seat. Would love to have one again. Hmmm... birthday coming up, people!
I had a Heather Hobbie doll and my sister had the Holly Hobbie doll. They weren't actual movies...but they had their own cartoon. Does that count? Could I BE more girly?
The Colonial Viper from Battlestar Galactica ruled!
I had the Millennium Falcon, which made me the coolest kid on the block.
I had the "Honkey Ass-beatin' Stick" from the movie Shaft.
By the way, I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more cow bell.
I had a Mary Poppins doll, including an at-the-time cool-looking wardrobe (the umbrella really opened!) that soon, in the full post-Christmas light of day, reduced to extremely crummy broken black plastic shoes...
On the bright side, it was also the Christmas that I asked to have my own personal stockpile of grape soda, and THAT wish was granted.
I can't believe you had to ask!
Lara Croft, Tomb Raider action figure, of course.
I loved all of our Star Wars and GI Joe action figures (my bro and I shared, aren't we nice?). Princess Leia, though, was definitely mine.
Small ET wearing flannel shirt, carrying a beer.
Lost/eaten by dog for years, recovered (where else?) on ebay a coupla years ago. Can now be seen in the window of my office.
My brother had the split-stomach Taun Taun, he was pretty much the king of Star Wars. A Millenium Falcon? John had all that and the Darth Vader Head action figure carrying case.
Oooh! Oooh! [Best "student from In & Out" imitation]
I had that Darth Vader "head case" for action figures, too.
Silly bitches, I WAS Darth Vader. =)
dear god...that truck has gone to her head...now she thinks she's Darth Vader.
